Spokane Garlic Farm started as an idea (and a love and passion for all things garlic!) in 2009 when we bought 12 acres in the West Plains of Spokane County and planted our first seed garlic beds in the fertile ground that is now the Spokane Garlic Farm. This is a Veteran Owned and Operated business as the owners (Becky and Rod) are both retired Marines.
Our garlic is 'Sustainably Grown' and allowed to cure or "dry down" naturally as nature intended. We use no pesticides or chemical fertilizers on our garlic, but rather green manure crops, compost, organic seaweed and fish foliar fertilizers. We are not 'Organic Certified' explained more in the link to the left 'Not Organic?".
